HOW TO SHOP WHOLESALE

Please note: We do not sell to online retailers at this time.

Every item on the website is available for wholesale at your physical retail space. For your convenience, you can purchase wholesale through Faire. New to Faire? You'll get $100 off your first order, plus free shipping with us for an entire year. Please use the link provided on this page. It's also helpful if you email us to let us know that an order will be coming through Faire.

WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thanks so much for your interest in carrying Seek & Swoon. Our resellers are our partners. We see you as an extension of our brand, a vital part of growth and of the Seek & Swoon family. We support you through our social media and traditional media efforts as much as possible. Your success is our success.

To make sure our relationship remains mutually beneficial, we have some terms and conditions that we ask retailers to agree to before applying for a wholesale account.

ELIGIBILITY

All new resellers are vetted individually. We want to make sure that you're a good fit for us and vice versa.

Wholesale pricing is set for the purpose of resale. If you are not reselling but are interested in bulk or designer discounts, please contact us.

PRICING

  • Wholesale customers receive 50% off retail prices
 on standard and jumbo throws, and approx. 44% off retail on baby throws.
  • Pricing is subject to change.
  • We do not charge sales tax or any additional processing fees.
  • MSRP: $90 baby throws, $175 standard throws, $230 jumbo throws
  • Wholesale orders are excluded from the Cozy Rewards program.

ORDERING

  • Minimum opening order $300, reorders $200

Any changes or cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours (please reply to your order confirmation email)

    TURN AROUND TIME

    • Please allow 4-7 business days for us to process your order
, although processing time is usually quicker.

    SHIPPING

    • Orders will ship via the most economical carrier (with included insurance).
    • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Reply to your delivery confirmation email within 5 days if you have received damaged or defective products so that we can ship out replacements ASAP.

Although we're not a fan of plastic, in order to protect our throws while in transit, each one is individually wrapped in a poly bag. We recommend you keep the bags and repurpose them.
    • Shipping costs are calculated through Faire and Handshake and will be applied to your order.

      SELLING

      • Our throws may only be sold in your approved brick and mortar shop and local markets where you are physically present. We do not sell to online retailers at this time.
      • Our throws may not be sold on third party sites (including, but not limited to) Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, etc.
      • 
MSRP is listed and we request that your selling price is not lower than our MSPR unless you're having a temporary sale.
      • Our throws may not be private labeled, unless you engage in a custom private label project with us. Our tags and labels must remain on our throws for resale.
      • You may use photos from our website and social media to promote Seek & Swoon. 


      RETURNS

      • We do no accept returns or exchanges through Handshake. Faire does accept returns/exchanges.
