Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding national holidays) from our Dallas, Texas warehouse. Residential and wholesale orders are sent via UPS unless you request otherwise or we find a cheaper option with a different carrier.You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.Details:
- Online orders: $8 (free for orders over $200 unless during a free shipping promotion)
- Wholesale orders: shipping cost calculated by Faire
- UPS Ground: 1-3 business days to ship, 2-7 business days for transit.
- UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or Same Day Air online orders: Must be placed by 2 PM CST to ship same day; otherwise, they ship the next business day (calculated at checkout).
Time in transit:
UPS Ground: 3-7 days, no PO Boxes
USPS Ground Advantage: 3-7 days
UPS 2 Day: 2 business days
UPS Overnight: Next day by end of day
If your shipping address does not accept one or more of the carriers above, please let us know when you place your order.
Not at the moment — international shipping can get pretty pricey, and we don’t want anyone to get surprised by high shipping costs at checkout. That said, if you're outside the U.S. and hoping to order, please reach out! We’re happy to provide a custom shipping quote and do our best to make it happen.
Email us with the correct shipping address. If a package is lost or undelivered because we have received incorrect address information from you, we cannot duplicate or refund your purchase unless the package is returned to us.
If your tracking number is showing delivered but your package is nowhere to be found, please do the following:
- Make sure the address you entered at checkout is accurate. You can check this on your delivery confirmation email.
- Check the tracking number to see exactly where it was left (mailbox, front porch, back porch, side yard, etc.).
- Check with anyone who lives at your house - sounds silly, but 99% of the time someone in the home has the package and just forgot to relay the information.
- Check with neighbors. Occasionally carriers deliver to the wrong house or to a neighbor when you're not home.
- If your order was sent via USPS, call your local post office for more information.
- Wait a day or two. Carriers have been known to mark packages as delivered 1-2 days early, especially during the holidays.
If none of these steps give you any answers, you can file a missing package claim here for USPS or here for UPS. If you believe the package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report. We are not responsible, nor can we compensate, for lost or stolen packages. Thank you for understanding.
Returns & Exchanges
At Seek & Swoon, our blankets are made with love in small batches. We’re proud of the quality we offer and stand behind our products. If you happen to spot any defects, please let us know right away so we can make it right.
Not completely in love with your purchase? We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused in their original carton packaging – we do not accept returns of used or tested items.
You will be refunded the full amount of the items. We are not able to refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.
We are only able to accept returns from orders placed on seekandswoon.com. Please contact the original point of purchase for orders placed from other retailers.
You’ll be responsible for any shipping charges incurred sending your items back to us.

If you received the wrong throw or your throw has a flaw, we're so sorry...this happens sometimes. Please email us a photo of what you received and we'll get your exchange processed.
Rewards & Discounts
Great question! No. Signing up for our emails and signing up for an account on our website/Cozy Rewards is completely separate.
Cozy Rewards discounts can be combined with other offers.
Our system only accepts one discount code per order, except when using Cozy Rewards.
Discount codes, or any additional discount, cannot be used on wholesale, bulk orders, or on gift card purchases.
General Questions
Your throw is pre-washed and dried once at our mill before it is shipped to you — it will not shrink if you follow our cleaning instructions. Your throw should wash and dry well with minimal pilling. With that being said, cotton/poly blends may pill slightly during normal wear. Knitted fabrics tend to pill more than woven fabrics because the threads are looser. To take the best care of your throw:
- wash and dry your throw minimally to avoid pilling
- wash alone on gentle cycle cold and dry alone on low heat
- use a detergent that contains enzyme cellulase
- use a fabric softener during the rinse cycle
- tumble to dry on low with dryer balls or air dry then fluff in the dryer for several minutes to soften

Any throw on our site can be made in custom colors! We have over 60 shades available in our recycled yarn. Custom throws take about 2–3 weeks to produce (a bit longer during the holidays) and include a $20 upcharge to cover the extra time our knitting mill spends preparing the machine for a one-off blanket.
