At Seek & Swoon, our blankets are made with love from a special blend of recycled cotton. Because this yarn is naturally unique, you might notice slight color variations – we think that adds to the charm and makes each one-of-a-kind!
We’re proud of the quality we offer and stand behind our products. If you happen to spot any defects, please let us know right away so we can make it right.
Not completely in love with your purchase? No problem! We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused, unwashed blankets within 14 days of receiving your order. Just note that you’ll be responsible for shipping it back to us (unless it's damaged, of course).
To get started on a return or exchange, just drop us a line at hello@seekandswoon.com, and we’ll take care of the rest. Refunds will go back to your original payment method.

U.S. SHIPPING
Residential orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (usually) via UPS SurePost. UPS makes the shipment pick-up, and the U.S. Postal Service makes the final delivery. We ship Monday-Friday (except national holidays) from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas. Please account for transit time to your address. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. 2nd Day Air orders that are received after 2pm CST will ship the next day.
Orders shipped to a business address are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.
- U.S. Ground: $8 (free on orders over $200)
- UPS 2nd Day Air: calculated by Shopify discounter rates
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping to the Canada, UK, Belgium, New Zealand, Netherlands, and Australia via USPS Priority Mail International and/or DHL. If you would like an order shipped to a country not listed above, please email us.
Shipping rates are discounted and offered through our online e-commerce platform, Shopify.
Duties, taxes, and/or fees may be charged by the carrier and/or the country of entry and will be the customer's responsibility. These duties are not charged or collected by Seek & Swoon and we are not made aware of them prior to shipping. Please check with your country and with the package carrier to find out more about duties and taxes on imports in your country.
Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you order multiple products and they need to be shipped to different addresses, please place an order for each product.
Please review your shipping address for accuracy. If a package is lost or undelivered because we have received incorrect address information from you, we cannot duplicate or refund your purchase unless the package is returned to us.
MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking number is showing delivered but your package is nowhere to be found, please do the following:
- Make sure the address you entered at checkout is accurate. You can check this on your delivery confirmation email.
- Check the tracking number to see exactly where it was left (mailbox, front porch, back porch, side yard, etc.).
- Check with anyone who lives at your house - sounds silly, but 99% of the time someone in the home has the package and just forgot to relay the information.
- Check with neighbors. Occasionally carriers deliver to the wrong house or to a neighbor when you're not home.
- If your order was sent via USPS, call your local post office for more information.
- Wait a day or two. Carriers have been known to mark packages as delivered 1-2 days early, especially during the holidays.
If none of these steps give you any answers, you can file a missing package claim here for USPS or here for UPS. If you believe the package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report. We are not responsible, nor can we compensate, for lost or stolen packages. Thank you for understanding.
INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED
If you received the wrong throw or your throw has a flaw, we're so sorry...this happens sometimes. Please email us a photo of what you received and we'll get your exchange processed.
FAQs
Your throw is pre-washed and dried once at our mill before it is shipped to you — it will not shrink if you follow our cleaning instructions. Your throw should wash and dry well with minimal pilling. With that being said, cotton/poly blends may pill slightly during normal wear. Knitted fabrics tend to pill more than woven fabrics because the threads are looser. To take the best care of your throw:- wash and dry your throw minimally to avoid pilling
- wash alone on gentle cycle cold and dry alone on low heat
- use a detergent that contains enzyme cellulase
- use a fabric softener during the rinse cycle
- tumble to dry on low with dryer balls or air dry then fluff in the dryer for several minutes to soften
