Kaland Throw

Inspired by Budapest

Sometimes the patterns we see when we travel are ingrained in our memories. That was true when we returned from Budapest, Hungary — the roof tiles of the Matthias Church were like nothing we'd ever seen and putting them on a throw was an easy decision. And this city...amazing! The people, the food, the thermal baths, the architecture — there is inspiration everywhere. And we hope you love the Kaland (Hungarian for 'adventure') Throw as much as we loved designing it.

Stunning throw!

This was the 4th full size throw that I have purchased. This one, as with all of them, is SO beautiful!! I’m especially partial to it because of its inspiration. My brother’s name is Mathias, so I refer to this throw as “My Brothers Blanket.” The weight of these throws is perfect. Not too heavy, not too light. They are very soft and you can toss them in the wash when they get dirty. I like that each side is different, that I’m supporting a small, woman run business, and that they are made in the US out of recycled materials. I highly recommend these throws. Any of them. But, I do LOVE this one.

Hi Keira! This is one of my personal favorites, too. I'm honored that you would gift this throw to your brother. I hope he enjoys it for years to come. Thanks so much for supporting my business -- it's truly appreciated. ~Jala
