Sunset Mesa Throw

Warm and vibrant, the Sunset Mesa Throw is a modern design based on a landscape that’s been shaped over millennia. Inspired by Native knitwear designer Jennifer Berg's favorite pottery from the Acoma Tribe, located 60 miles west of Albuquerque, the Sunset Mesa Throw shows off that particular color when the setting sun hits the orange desert rock. The Acoma Tribe built the Sky City Pueblo, which sits beautifully on top of a mesa. You can take a tour through the pueblo when you visit. In the meantime, we think this throw is the perfect accessory for any sunset, anywhere.

In collaboration with Native American knitwear designer, Jennifer Berg, this throw is part of our Heritage Collection that honors the art, land, and people of the Navajo Nation.  A portion of the profits from the sale of this throw is donated to the  National American Indigenous Business Leaders.

Beautiful, Colorful, Cozy

What a vibrant, beautiful blanket! I absolutely love the colors and pattern on this one, and it adds a nice pop to my otherwise gray living room. The material is hefty enough to be warm but doesn't scratch like wool does. It was definitely what I was looking for in terms of weight to keep me warm. It's a great size for one person, and pretty good for two people. Loved it so much, I bought two other S&S blankets.

Allyson, thanks so much for taking the time to share your lovely and kind thoughts. I'm so thrilled to hear that you're enjoying your Sunset Mesa Throw. This was such a fun project to collaborate with Jennifer Berg on. I hope you enjoy your throw for years to come. Thanks so much for supporting my business. Jala....
